Welcome to PeriCalm. By visiting or purchasing from trypericalm.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

To use the Site or purchase our products, you must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Account information and order accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers, orders with pricing errors, or orders flagged for potential fraud.

3. Pricing, payment, and taxes

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.

By submitting payment information, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the payment method provided for the total amount of your order, including shipping and tax.

4. Subscriptions and auto-renewal

If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on the recurring schedule disclosed at checkout (every 30, 90, or 180 days depending on the bundle you select).

  • You may cancel, pause, or skip your subscription at any time through your customer account before the next billing date. See our Subscription Policy for details.
  • We will notify you by email before each upcoming charge.
  • If we change the price of your subscription, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance.
  • Bonuses included with subscription orders (digital guides, tracker, email series) are yours to keep.

5. Health disclaimers

PeriCalm Cascade™ is a dietary supplement. The statements made about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

7. User content

Reviews, comments, and other content you submit must not be unlawful, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the operation of our business.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeriCalm, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PeriCalm and its affiliates from any claim, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or our products.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which PeriCalm is organized, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction in that state, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
