PeriCalm Cascade™ was built for women who are tired of guessing. We believe you should feel the shift within 14 days — deeper sleep, a drop in the rage response, the first signs that something is finally working. If you don't, we don't keep your money.
Here's how it works.
The 60-Day Opened-Bottle Refund
If PeriCalm Cascade isn't working for you, write to us within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund every penny. Yes — even on opened bottles. Half-empty, mostly empty, doesn't matter. There is no "final sale" fine print.
The bonuses (The 14-Day Peri Reset Guide, the Symptom Tracker Pack, and the 30-Day Peri Email Series) are yours to keep either way.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@trypericalm.com with your order number and a sentence or two about your experience. That's it.

- No restocking fees
- No questions designed to talk you out of it
We may ask you to return the bottle so we can learn from your experience, but you do not need to wait for the return to be processed — your refund is initiated the moment we confirm the request. We cover return shipping on eligible refunds.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of confirmation. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take a few additional days to appear.
Subscriptions
If you're on a subscription and want a refund on your most recent charge, the 60-day window applies to that charge as long as it's your first time requesting one. You can cancel, pause, or skip your subscription at any time through your customer account — see our Subscription Policy.
What isn't refundable
- Orders outside the 60-day window
- Orders that were not paid for (gifted bottles via promotions)
- Custom or bundled gifts marked "final sale" at checkout (we currently do not sell any)
If something on your order arrived damaged, broken, or wrong, please email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost. You don't need to return the damaged bottle.
