Shipping policy

We ship every order with free U.S. shipping. Here's what to expect.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
Standard shipping within the contiguous United States takes 3–7 business days after processing. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and U.S. territories may take 7–14 business days.

- Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders
- We do not currently offer expedited or international shipping
Where we ship
We ship to:
- All 50 U.S. states
- U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- P.O. boxes
We do not currently ship internationally. If you're outside the U.S. and would like to know when we expand, write to us at support@trypericalm.com.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. If 48 hours pass after the shipping confirmation and tracking still hasn't updated, please email us — we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
- Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, email us. We'll file a carrier claim and reship at no cost.
- Marked delivered but missing: Please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If still missing after 48 hours, email us and we'll work with you on a resolution, including reshipment in eligible cases.
- Arrived damaged: Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost — no need to return the damaged bottle.
Address changes
If you entered the wrong address, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After that window we may not be able to intercept the package.
